Visit the registration page and fill in your details. You'll need a valid email address to verify your account.

Go to the Download page and click the download button. Follow the installation instructions provided.

Force Gems are our virtual currency used to purchase premium items, costumes, and convenience features in-game.

Visit the Force Gem shop and choose your desired package. We use secure payment processors for all transactions.

Force Gems are delivered via in-game mail within 5-10 minutes of successful payment. Check your character's mailbox.

Try running the game as administrator. Check that your antivirus isn't blocking the game files. Contact support if issues persist.

Check your internet connection and firewall settings. Make sure the game client is allowed through your firewall.

No, our policy is one account per person. Multiple accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension.

Use the character reset feature in your user panel. Some resets may require Force Gems or meet certain level requirements.
