1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CabalPro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CabalPro operates a private Cabal Online game server and provides virtual gaming items including:

• Force Gems: Virtual currency for in-game purchases
• Digital Items: Gaming enhancements and equipment
• Game Access: Private server gaming experience

3. Force Gem Purchases

Force Gem packages are virtual currency with the following terms:

• All purchases are digital deliveries via in-game mail system
• Force Gems have no real-world monetary value
• Delivery typically occurs within 5-10 minutes of payment completion
• Bonus Force Gems (where applicable) are delivered as separate mail items

4. Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions:

• All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption
• We support various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and local payment options
• We do not store your payment information
• All transactions are protected by industry-standard security measures

5. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate email address for Force Gem delivery
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person policy
• Sharing account information is prohibited

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software
• Real money trading (RMT) of virtual items
• Account sharing or selling
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other players
• Attempting to exploit payment systems

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, however:

• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

CabalPro is a fan-operated private server. We acknowledge:

• Original Cabal Online IP belongs to ESTsoft Corp.
• We operate under fair use for educational and entertainment purposes
• No commercial use of original copyrighted materials

9. Limitation of Liability

CabalPro and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of virtual items or game progress
• Server downtime or technical issues
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss due to technical problems

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent payment activities
• Abusive behavior toward staff or players
• Use of unauthorized software or cheats

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
